Wanting to learn a little bit more about the 3 countries we are visiting, I have looked at a range of information, data, and statistics. This set of data I found to be both useful and interesting [click on data type/link to access]: population; life expectancy; urban and rural population; number of people using the internet

I have no great desire to dwell overlong on the horror of what is commonly termed the ‘Vietnam war’, although I do accept that an understanding of where both Cambodia and Vietnam find themselves now cannot be had without its consideration. I did come across this infographic which emphasises the scale of the conflict.
